Andreva Sims

This is like a sequel to the tour of the community lots around this hood and its subhoods, but only featuring the residental lots that Kentwelps have lived in. I didn't do this before cause I usually show the house at the beginning of a generation, but I thought it'd be cool to see all at once, as a progression. Cause the first house was built in 2016, so you get to see my real life development of style/interest/skill in building & decorating over a span of 3 years.

There's a loooooot of pictures fyi, even more than there were in the first hood tour, as I included more pics per lot than I did with that original post.

Many of the early pics are from the actual time I made the house, cause I demolished them later on and the pics are the only thing I have left of them. Those ones I don't list the street name cause I can't remember where it was in the hood. Also some old houses don't have pics at all, cause those got demolished too but I didn't think to screencap them at the time. So some siblings/heirs get skipped for that reason. Anyways let's get it started!

Welcome back, if you've returned for more I'm hoping I've been able to bring at least some form of entertainment! We've moved onto the second Kentwelp generation, leaving Verica and Tayva behind for their gaggle of kids who are now starting college.
